Each safety deposit box is automatically covered by our basic insurance of 20000 EUR. We also offer the option of arranging individual insurance

Our vault is ECB-S certified and consists of a combination of reinforced concrete and unique drill protection. A comparable security standard can only be found in the most advanced banks

What does the safety deposit box looks like?
We offer safety deposit boxes in four sizes, which differ in height. All boxes are 240mm wide and 360mm long. Load capacity is 29kg
How does it work?
We will be happy to guide you through the entire process on your first visit to the safety deposit box. The system is very intuitive, but if you are not sure, we will be happy to show you everything first time
Access to the guarded parking lot is possible through an automatic gate after swiping your SAFE MAXX card
The entrance door to the lobby will also open when you swipe your card. The lobby is under constant surveillance by security cameras
In the lobby there is an access door to secure rooms with an access terminal, protected by a card and your chosen access code
The secure room already offers complete privacy and an access terminal for your safety deposit box. Dispensing is secured by card, access code and fingerprint
The first time you access the box, it will be unlocked and there will be two keys inside, which you will take with you after locking
You can now store the items you want to be as safe as possible in your safety deposit box
Then lock the box and confirm the deposit on the terminal. The safety deposit box is automatically placed back in the vault
Now your valuables are protected and you have unlimited access 24/7/365
How do I get a safety deposit box?
At the time of sale, you always sign the Sales Agreement and agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
We will sign the documents with you at our office or our sales representative will come to you.

When you buy a safety deposit box online, you can use various cashless payment methods and also sign up for automatic payment of the regular annual operating fee

You can pay both the safety deposit box and the service fee in cash when you sign the contract, but you lose the option to sign up for automatic payment of the service fee

The operating fee is paid once a year and covers the costs associated with the operation of your safety deposit box and its constant availability
